This player is amazing. E 'clearly better than the players before gen bdps1 also bd91. There are some things to think about blue ray. Should not play CDs. If you have 1,000 to pay for a Blu-ray Disc Elite, you have the money well, such as 600 for a Cambridge-blue, or as a CD player 24-bit. blue ray lasers are very narrow and not correctly read the CD, and allow them to do would be more work thanfound interesting by the large manufacturers.
That said, drool! best upscaling I have seen on any player to date, complete streaming capabilities, and Pioneer Elite Look. This is a very good player, and I for one think that this is the best so far.
It plays CDs, as well as internally decode the advanced audio (except DTS-HD Master) to PCM for transmission over HDMI or analog, for all legacy receivers out there.
Very nice Blu Ray, but with so many fine qualities. Shippinga computer is not as fast as a normal player, but nothing special. This model is much better than the last of this line. The image and the sound is so fresh on a plasma Pioneer Elite VSX-91TXH also TV.I amplifier to go with my Pioneer system, Great Work, but works well on price.
WOW That is awesome player!
I started to Pioneer the flavor.
According to the manual for the BDP-94FD, the connector diagram on page 11 shows 8 RCA connectors to support 7.1.
DoubtsThere will be no major physical changes between the BDP-94FD and the to-be-released BDP-95FD is.
Am I entitled to any special competence, but my experience with the Pioneer Elite is my barometer. I bought a second DVD in a few years back the support of both DVD and SACD Denon, I had. Pioneer Denon beat both in image quality and musicality in my setup and Pioneer is still working, that car Denon about 6 months ago. Sounds simpleI ………..
New Pioneer Elite Blu-ray player BDP-95FD, targeting fans as far as output is aimed at videophiles: In addition to HDMI 1.3a xvYCC color bitstream audio codecs are also higher, including DTS-HD Master audio. In other words, if you have just purchased one of the hottest kick-ass A / V receivers, you might actually be able to use its audio decoders.
The receiver has a couple of other things, mainly act as a weathervane of media PCThe contents of Pioneer's Home Media Gallery system.

How very fortunate that I was a Pioneer Elite "Target" … VSX-94 is incomprehensible, when consistent with the BDP-95, life Absolutely hilarious in harmony .. that, after taking two weeks to finalize a very effective hook, I was one of manuals ELITEZEN ….
I just downloaded a Pioneer Elite BDP-95HD fromPioneer Store in Costa Mesa.
I'll keep this first post for the answers to questions that the new owners will be able to respond quickly.
It is the Pioneer Elite BDP-95HD generate DTS-HD Master Audio Bitstream can be decoded by the receiver / processor?
– Yes My Integra DTC-9, 8 displays "DTS-HD MSTR 'when I select DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack from the disc. Frig'in-Audio is un-believable!
Are the load times better than the 94HD?
– Use of POTC: COTBP aspoint of reference, it took 22 seconds to press the START button on the distance to the POTC "Loading …" appears, and a total of 38 seconds for the screen Disney
How does the PQ 95FD compared 94HD?
– Very similar – a little 'sharper 95FD
How good is it 1080p24fps work:
– Good
How good is the SD-DVD upconversion on the BDP-95FD?
– Excellent (better than the BDP-94HD and HD1)
Reported problems or issues:None.
I watched Kingdom of Heaven Blu Ray while listening to the soundtrack of DTS-HD MA (DTS-HD MSTR
Sounds show Integra frig'in-un-believable.
The players seem to work perfectly. Boot-up more than acceptable. Responding to the islands immediately. It 'hard to say whether there are differences in PQ from the PS3 to me, but DTS-HD MA is mind blowing …
There were 35 seconds of pressing the Close button on the remote to the Kingdom of Heaven beginsListen …
With the disc in a DVD player and a player to stop POTC: COTBP It took 22 seconds to load POTC message to appear and a total of 38 seconds, the Disney screen to appear …
Following the conclusion I have the impression that the déjà vu again no. As you can see in the picture looks almost identical to the 94HD and HD1. Like to see the class as a whole. I like a glossy piano finish look. Tony said it takes about 35 seconds for the titleto start playing. What is actually an improvement large enough for the two older models. Like the other initial setup a snap. I do not like the Pioneer 95FD better start screen. It seems cooler. I can not compare this unit to his brothers (and cousins), but also on the Nokia 1400 This elite unit costs more, but feels it is money well spent.
Once again, I like to have the resolution button on the remote. You can change the flight is much more beautifulif so stop the movie and go to the set menu (like the 1400 and HD-DVD). If there is a feature other manufacturers could learn that Pioneer would be good to go. Also, after 1080p/23.98 (24) is made without problems, is a breath of fresh air. Toshiba has struggled since many of us know why it is good to get a unit from the window (as in 1400, 94HD and HD1), which can no business 1080p/23.98 EDID. I have not spent a lot of time withthis device, but from what I have, I can say that this is the best Blu-ray market.
D The picture is very colorful and very sharp. The records of the very impressive (especially for the price) Nokia 1400th Not much in terms of pic Q, but if you have the whole package together, you know why Pioneer is more. Photos of items in the menu settings, long distance (which is light years ahead of the competition), and a large picture with a big sound. Speaking of sound, I only did onesome comparisons so far, but it is too easy to pass bitstream select from the menu. Confusion here. You are sending DD or DTS via HDMI or processing … Call. It's easy. I will no longer have the sound in a hurry, but sends the sound to my receiver (Onkyo 905) sounded much like I expected. It seemed too good few minutes I had the 95FD to do so. Not that it's better, because I will not open the tin worm does not. So do not ask here. PM me.
I was usingnew Sony VPL-VW60 "Black Pearl" (which is the 3rd pic) for my comparison so far. E 'captured 1080p/23.98 as a sample. I can send it directly into my crystal II and then adjust the image before sending it to the VW60 in 1080p/23.98. Pioneer 95FD come together with all my other components, which I can not take for granted these days.
And yes, I think XA2 and A35 as stubborn when it comes to sending 1080p/24 for some damage. In direct comparison withThe 94HD the 95FD is obviously a more flexible unit, with a time slightly faster upload. Being able to pass HBR audio directly to the recipient to decode is a really cool feature. Especially if you are one of the most recent can decode it bought. The picture Q is very close. I keep going back and forth. Go directly to my PJ does not seem 95FD is only a little 'sharper, but their bright colors are almost identical. Home Media Gallery Hardly seems more refined to95FD. I was never really in this situation before, but now I am so I can just jump in and surprises!
In conclusion, if you have 94HD and not worry about the audio stream function, so there is absolutely no reason to dump the 95FD. But if you do not and are also interested in the best Blu-ray drive in terms of features and Pic / sound Q then look no further than the 95FD! I hate to love the new units from Pioneer, as my favorite Blu-ray, but honestly choose othercompanies are still two steps back. The 95FD is the starter on my set. More to come (SD DVD against the A35 and XA2, and even 1400), and some thoughts on good … BTW, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (BR), looks and sounds much about this unit! Get a copy!
Well, I was pleasantly surprised to report that the 95FD has excellent upconversion. Much better 94HD and HD1. I even pass the test HQV Benchmark Blu ray and treat them very well.Especially my favorite stage torture test! And as tradition for the last time I did also great video looks great! It is true, on an equal footing with the A35 and XA2. I want to work harder tomorrow and no real side comparison (1400 included), but my first initial impressions are very good to excellent … More to come ..
Great report Joe. Thank you. Looks like a winner. I love the "classic" look and finish in the "Elite" equipment. This is definitely the car that I bought when my Onkyo 885 pre / pro –arrives.
Do you against a PCM 5.1 track to reach the PS3 at 95? I know there must be an appreciable difference, but if you mind doing a comparison I would be curious to know with certainty.
Not surprisingly, the DTS-MA sounds better out of the 95 that you get the full signal of only 1.5 of the kernel from the PS3. Can not wait to hear it!
DTS-HD hi-res by the King of New York, DTS-HD soundtrack (I read) and DTS-HD Master byFantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer soundtrack, which states that is DTS-HD Master …
As I wrote earlier in this thread for 1400 are very close, but 95FD produce sharper images. I also prefer for SD DVD upconversion. I like all the other cool features, like the resolution button on the remote. Is much more fun to be able to change resolution on the fly, so they hit stop and go in a set-up menu. Especially if you try to compare them! I spent some timeafternoon, playing Blu ray different, but tomorrow I will be comparisons between the XA2 for SD DVD upconversion to do. I predict that the 95FD will be on a par with the XA2. We need to find out what chip is used because it is much much better than the 94HD and HD1 … More to come tomorrow …
If the 95 can match the XA2 on SD upscaling is a big advantage. The XA2 and make new DVD almost look like HD, and so far the only player that can do the same job, is very hi-endPlayers Denon or the cost of 5 times more. Nokia 1200 is the same Reon chip and must also be large, but lacks the new audio capabilities. Depending on the test, will have a new owner soon 95
I have the BDP-95fd, and PDP-6010fd together. Extremely satisfied. Firmware support is excellent. I use it with a 2.2x digital preamplifier stroke, digital amplifier stroke Boz, Escalante Pinyons and a pair of subs Escalante. My connection is through the coaxial digital output. I haveDenon 3930 Signature updated on my system using the same set-up, and I must say that the sound quality and low-impact blows me away BPD-95fd In the form of stock, Pioneer 95fd BPD is an excellent performer, in the form of audio and video.
In view of my system is capable of processing two channels of audio through the digital output, I have the version with two channels of Dolby Digital Plus?
Me too, I'm 95 and a receiver 94, and is quite impressive in the audio department. This is a clearbenefit to the mother Resort. If you have good equipment.
